All doors and windows are custom-made at the Greek DORAL factory. The floors in the villa are marble and ceramic tiles. There is not a single painted wall in the villa (marble, natural mountain stone and onyx). The villa was not renovated but completely reconstructed, which lasted 42 months and was completed 4 years ago. Pool 60 sq.m.

2×5 with a children’s section. Large sea salt is used in the work without the use of chlorine. The equipment is Spanish ASTRAL. The pool construction technology is Australian with the use of sea pebbles as a coating. On the roof of the villa there are 10 solar panels for hot water, electronic regulation. The outer walls of the villa are covered with 6,500 mountain stones measuring (40×20) cm to protect the house from the effects of the sea.
