Gerakini Maisonettes

On a plot of land measuring 887 sq m in Gerakini, Halkidiki and a short distance from the seafront, seven (7) two-story country houses were constructed.

Each residence was designed in such a way that it has its own private outdoor space, where there is a swimming pool exclusively for the use of the residents of each residence.

On the ground floor of the house is the central kitchen, as a single space with the living room, the dining room, the bedroom and the guest bathroom. The connection to the second level of the house, where the bedroom, the bathroom and another living room are located, is made by an internal staircase.
The morphology of the buildings is characterized as simple and modern. The exterior facades of the buildings consist of materials resistant to a coastal environment, such as external thermal insulation made of colored plaster,

the aluminum frames with special paint and aluminum sections in imitation wood, while the prevalence of earth tones ensures harmony with the natural environment at the same time

with the feeling of luxury during the summer holidays of the residents.
